DSCOK is committed to supporting sustainable wildlife conservation through various initiatives, including hunting, fishing, and hands-on education. We aim to nurture the next generation of responsible hunter conservationists by promoting ethical practices that protect and preserve wildlife for the future.
The DSC Oklahoma Chapter proudly presented its first inaugural Grant Award Program check to Oklahoma 4-H Foundation. DSCOK is committed to collaborating with and bolstering organizations throughout our state, especially those dedicated to youth, in order to champion hunting and outdoor activities that nurture conservation.
The opportunities unveiled during our recent board meeting, combined with the potential to allocate grants statewide as necessary, perfectly align with our vision. While we have a global reach through DSC, our primary focus remains on advancing conservation and education right here in Oklahoma. This is where our journey commences.
We want to give a big thank you to Ruth Pratt, Extension State Program Specialist, and the amazing students:
Brance Barnett – Washita County
Logan Elliot – Grady County
Maggie Evans – Grady County
Jimmy Ferguson – Logan County
Charramaiyne Brown – National 4-H Shooting Sports Ambassador – Grady County
Emily Parks - National 4-H Shooting Sports Ambassador – Rogers County
who joined us at our annual meeting.
By joining the DSCOK chapter, you can actively participate in the remarkable endeavors of Oklahoma's youth as they champion hunting and shooting sports across our state.
