Valet Parking is available. Mention Dallas Safari Club Oklahoma for a discounted rate of $13.00 per vehicle for the event, and $32.00 for overnight parking.
- Attire is Boots and Bling Cocktail Attire - Jeans are the norm for the men.
- Raffle tickets will be sold throughout the event for various items. Cash or CC accepted.

- 4:30 Registration is open
5:00 - 6:00 Private Sponsor Reception (Crystal Room, adjacent to Grand Ballroom)
- 6:15 Program and Dinner in the Grand Ballroom - your table will have two bottles of wine for your guests, however there is also a cash bar (credit cards only) available in the ballroom for other alcoholic beverages.
- Silent Auction closes at 7:00. Items will be available to view in the Grand Ballroom and online (they should be online by the end of this week and I will send the link).
- 7:30 Live Auction Begins: Auction Items can be viewed and bid on at: 2026 DSC Oklahoma - Live Auction - Page 1 of 1 - Dallas Safari Club - Oklahoma - Online Hunting Auctions Bidders will be required to register online with Online Hunting Auctions and we encourage all guests to register before the event to prevent lines at registration desk the night of the event.
